My sisters and I met for the Rural Hills Highland Games and stayed here. The rooms were clean, the breakfast good. It was what I expected. But the STAFF, that was very different. To a person everyone was friendly, helpful and considerate. The friendliness of the staff made a normal hotel stay feel more like a visit with friends. We pklan to meet there again next year. « less

When I arrived I was greeted with a kind a smile from Camilla. She was professional and quick in check in me in. She also inform me of all the extras, breakfast in the morn and that night they had Bravo, an Italian restaurant, had catered food and they also provided beer and wine! Fooorr free!! The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. And house keeping did a thorough job. The service was great! Camilla even helped me find same club locations and printed out directions for me. Overall excellent stay for. If I had to change one thing it would be that I wish the pool was open, but oh well u have to wait for summer. « less

We do acknowlede that our breakfast area is not as large as we would like it to be and we hope to address that situation during our next renovation. I would also like to share some great news regarding the breakfast itself. Fairfield Inn will be updating and expanding our breakfast offerings in 2013 to include hot items such as eggs, bacon, and sausage!! Please be sure to join us in 2013 to see the new changes!

We only stayed one night on a road trip. The door to the hotel was locked when we arrived which I have never experienced before. The front desk clerk buzzed us in. We were only given one key at check in, usually we are asked how many we want. The room was dingy in appearance. There was water damage near the ceiling all around the room. The carpet was also coming up and fraying in places. The road noise from the interstate woke me frequently during the night. It was one of the creepier Marriott properties I can recall staying at and not at all what I expected based on other Fairfield Inns. I was glad our visit was only one night enroute to our final destination. « less

Good afternoon! Thank you for sharing your views on our property, any comments, either positive or negative help us improve our service for all of our guests! Our hotel, and many others throughout the country, locks the doors at night for the safety and security of our guests, although I can understand that if you have not encountered this in the past that it might seem a little odd. As part of a green initiative to limit waste and unnecessary use of plastics, we do typically provide one key per room, but we are always happy to provide additional keys at the guests request. While I cannot address specific concerns related to the room, as that information was not provide, I can say that we strive to make each guest's stay as pleasurable as possible. We do recognize that our property has some areas of wear and we are eagerly looking forward to a renovation to address these concerns. Thank you again for sharing your viewpoints and hopefully we will see you again in the future!
