I was here in March on business and had a queen junior suite on the first floor. Definitely ask for a first floor room if available. I had read they had one elevator which was slow and that was very true. Otherwise you're stuck with stairs. There was a snowstorm here the last day of my trip, which they kept up with plowing the lot as cars were leaving. They have a free breakfast buffet every morning, which was great and a manager's social hour in the evening with free beer and wine and a light meal. That was all great, since I was alone and wasn't into going out to a local restaurant for a heavy meal. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was also great. « less

I made a last minute reservation at this Marriott chain. The hotel is a 15 minute ride to downtown Boston. The price was a few hundred dollars cheaper than staying in Boston. Upon arriving I was greated with enthusiasm. I was also given an upgrade at no request. The rooms are spacious and include the imeneties to conduct your own cooking. The breakfast buffets was exceptional with plenty of healthy choices. There is even a Starbucks 5 minutes away. « less

We stayed at the Residence Easter eve just to get away but be close to home and it did not disappoint. Marriott is world class and it shows everywhere. We were greeted at check in by Stefany, who right away makes you feel comfortable and welcome. We had a request to alter our reservation which she was gladly able to do. Stefany is an employee that could easily become a hotel manager someday if she chooses to stay in the hospitality business. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities consistent with a Residence. Three flat screen TVs with a reasonable choice of networks to choose from. The pool area was well maintained but we found the water to be on the chilly side, also consistent with Marriott in general. There was a guest business center with two computers and a printer. The breakfast was typical as well, but everything was well stocked and kept hot. Very easy access to the highway makes this hotel highly recommendable to anyone who wants or needs to stay in this area. « less

Recently we needed to stay in the Brockton, Ma area and chose the Residence Inn in Brockton. We were attracted by the fact all the uints were listed as suites. We chose a studio uint and had a wonderful comfortable room with a full kitchen, work area with WIFI, sitting area with a 32" flat screen and sleeper sofa as well as a seperate bed area and large bathroom. The unit was clean and neat and ready when we arrived. They have a nice pool with jacuzzi and exercise room. Though small they have quaility equipment. The best item was the free breakfast. This is not just your ceral and juice setup, there was scrambled eggs, breakfast meat and other goodies as well as a waffle maker, fresh fruit, juices and and yogert. Coffee is available free all day as well as in your room. Would not hesitate to go again. It is also very close to Stonehill College in Easton. There was also a small business center with two highend computers and a good quality printer. « less
