We recognize that some of the most important features of selecting a property for your meetings are location, ease of planning, flexibility and quality customer service. Harrah’s Las Vegas’ location can’t be beat, and our approach to customer service is second to none in the hospitality industry. As Wendy Farrow with Toastmasters International said, “Harrah’s Las Vegas is committed to service. The entire team was obliging, helpful and efficient. If I needed something, someone was there before I could even turn around. I would highly recommend Harrah’s Las Vegas to anyone.”
Our location is one of the best in town. On the Las Vegas Strip, in the heart of it all, you will find us. After a busy day of meetings your attendees will find all of the entertainment, food, and action they could want all within footsteps.
Our 25,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space is all in the same spot, so you can keep everything and more importantly everyone all together. And even better yet, it’s on the 2nd floor, so your attendees can take the elevator from their rooms directly to their meeting. For you, this means they should never get lost or be late.
We have a designated team of Conference Service professionals to assist you with the entire meeting planning process. From beginning to end they will be there to guide you through the process and ensure the success of your meeting. They will help you select your menus, ensure proper room and audio/visual set-up and even work with you to plan your entertainment.
Flexibility is the name of our game. If you want to plan a large pool party, or want to use a restaurant for lunch, or maybe reserve a hospitality area for your VIP’s to gather, we can do that.
Our location, flexibility and customer service is what makes Harrah’s Las Vegas the place of choice for meeting planners. Experience all Harrah’s has to offer so you can say what Marlena Cardenas with QUMAS had to say, “If I could have my way, all of our conferences would be held at Harrah’s. It is still, by far, the BEST conference we have had and we are STILL receiving rave reviews from attendees.”

I stayed at the Quad - it was the Imperial palace before the name change--it was awfull if you need a safety deposit box you had to go to harrah,s -to secure your money- a very long walk - it is at the end of the cacino. The new Quad has very few machines-it has no las vegas style- I needed to call the booking office for a problem and the women I spoke to asked about my stay - I saiid it was not good and she said she receiveived many complaints- even las vegas residents would not stay there for even cheap rates. « less

We have a total rewards card and use our comps often . We have stayed at all the hotels they offer. The Quads beds are the best , the staff at this hotel is not as business like as the other hotels , They give us the welcome to be here attitude that some of the others lack . Yes the rooms are older ( it is after all an older casino and hotel. ) Yes they are remodeling and they will up date the rooms I am sure. But they are clean and we have NEVER had a problem with the staff ,,they are willing to help with any situation you may have. « less

We stayed at the Quad knowing that it was under renovation and had a pleasant experience. Rooms are very basic so don't be shocked, but who actually stays in their room in Las Vegas!!! The major plus for me was the staff. Everyone who I met was more than accommodating!!! Great bartenders at the main bar especially James and Chris!! Not only did the employees make us feel welcome, but they actually became our friends!! All in all even though basic and not at all luxurious The Quad was an excellent choice for a quick stay in Vegas. « less

The Good: Location is great, price is cheap.
The Bad: 1. The receptionist who checked us in was super rude and I think gave us the worst room of them all.
2. Room's sliding backdoor didn't close properly and one time it even came out the railings that were holding it. The good part was that I called maintenance and they fixed it immediately.
3. I have stayed here when it used to be Imperial Palace for $40 per night. Now the rates around are $110 per night. I can see a lot of renovation in the common area like the entrance and casino, but the rooms are worst than ever, which doesn't justify the enormous price hike (about 200%).
4. The bathroom wash-basin was partially broken. The front door closed properly from outside only if you pulled it very hard.
5. The elevators were practically not there for us. You have to wait for at least 5-10 mins before an elevator will come and if you're lucky, there might be some space for you to squeeze in. Otherwise repeat the waiting cycle. Most of the time we ended up taking stairs after getting frustrated.
6. There would be loud music playing near the pool, starting at around 11 am. Even with the backdoor closed it was so loud in the room. That served as our waking alarm, pleasant one though not the one anybody would want who went to sleep at 6 in the morning. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"I have to tell you, I don't know how I planned trips before! I really saved alot of time that I otherwise would have spent phoning the hotels individually checking rates and availability! I have already recommended it to another Tour Director. " A.H. - Richmond, VA
"This service was great and I have narrowed down the choices to two. I did not know this site existed and just stumbled upon it on Google. I will definitely use it in the future." A.W. - Tampa, FL
