Hotel Adagio is a excellently styled, freshly renovated, contemporary hotel several blocks away from Union Square. Although the property is small and boutique, they boast some of the largest rooms in the city (a rarity)! They also provide all of the benefits of a Marriott-branded property (such as rewards points) while still being one-of-a-kind. This is a great hotel for small events of about 50 people or under. Their "Maggy Alley Roof Top Terrace" (which also connects to two bright meeting spaces) is lovely, and very popular for social receptions. They also have a popular happy hour bar on the lobby floor. The staff is great to work with, and I would recommend this hotel to my groups.

The team at Adagio accomodated a small team meeting I organized at the last minute. They were fast and flexible. Our meeting room on th 16th floor had a good atmosphere with high decorative wooden ceiling, lots of natural light and windows that opened for fresh air. The only downside was it seemed there was only one restroom on that floor, which meant we always had a long line at breaks.
