I was very let down with the quality when I checked in. Maybe its because Im a wyndham employee and they value employees less? I arrived and three people were eating pizza at the front desk. After checking in and going to my room and upon exiting my room from bringing stuff in, the door handle came off. The blanket had huge burn holes and stains. Then the day of check out and using a towel I noticed red stains on it and brought it to the front desk. Never got an apology, just laughs (maybe of embarassment?). But definitely won't return. « less

I arrived at the hotel at around 2pm and walked into a lobby where the front desk and staff were eating at the front desk. After getting the key for my room, I walked in and brought stuff in and when I tried to go back out, the door knob came off. I also had a problem with my towel having red/yellowish stains and a blanket that had huge cigarette burns and stains from bodily fluid. I brought the towel to the front desk in the am (as that is when I found the stain when I went to take a morning shower), and I got a chuckle from the front desk, but never a "sorry". Where is the "Count on me" attitude of the staff? As an employee of Wyndham, I know that when you see these stains, the blankets should be changed. How this was overlooked, I have no idea. I definitely wont stay here again and wont recommend anyone that is traveling to stay here. « less
