With my travels of over 150 nights a year the luck has been great with hotels and staff like this one. Lets begin with Dave, Allison, Gino, Drew and Larisa. This staff is one of the best in the business. I have stayed here on two occasions and this staff is the best. Allison and Dave made my weekend great with the service and Gino on my first trip here made me feel like family. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The service that you get from this staff is the best. This hotel is a great hotel to getaway for the weekend, business meeting and just overall a quiet delight. Dave, Gino and Allison was informative and helpful in all ways. This staff, this hotel is one of the best and will in the future will be on my top list of hotels in the Chicago suburban area of a my choice to stay. This hotel is a must and need to be on your list for a great staff. « less

I recently stayed at the Staybridge for a business trip in the area. The room was comfortable, but it was some what dated. It was really geared toward an extended stay guest in my opinion. There was a full size refrigerator, stove top, cabinets, etc. I really didn't need this or have a use for it. The buffet breakfast was very good and the dinner was also good. Good value for the money. The staff was very helpful and friendly. « less

I had a very pleasant stay at this all studio/suite property.
It is located in the middle of an industrial park and nothing seems walking distance.
I did see they have a shuttle, not sure of route.
The property is designed for extended stay guests, so rooms have full kitchens, microwave, fully stocked with toasters, plated,etc.
I am a platinum member, so received an upgrade to one bedroom suite which I appreciated plus a choice of beverages from pantry. I found the suite spacious, décor was pretty standard, all worked well, except for a door that did not close properly. I did tell front desk so I hope they fix it.
Beds are comfortable, you can hear the air return, so if you are a light sleeper that may be a problem.
Breakfast was decent, good choices, pretty much what you expect, including the premade eggs that if they sit too long they become rubbery. The business center has two desktops plus printer; I did find it odd that adobe pdf reader was not installed so I could not print out my documents. Maybe IT can upload pdf reader. I used pool which is a very good size, enough for laps and heated! Loved it. Gym is small, with a universal machine and there is a free self laundry room adjacent. I found it unusual that I could not find a trash can in the hallways, had to go all the way to lobby to look for one, so I would suggest if hotel wants to keep halls free of trash, make it easy for guests and put at least one trash can per floor. Free parking and wifi. Also there is a midweek, evening happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks, so take advantage of that.
Overall great stay, friendly staff, nicely decorated facility with comfy fireplace and exposed stone façade, rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and fully stocked kitchen. Can recommend if in area or for an extended stay, not too close to downtown Chicago for sightseeing. « less

Arrived at 2am after a family emergency required us to get a room for a few days and the front desk clerk was just wonderful - Helplful, efficient and very nice. He asked not just our floor preference but where we wanted our room to be as well. Since we needed to do some laundry we were able to be only 3 rooms away, which was very convenient. Complamentary - yeah! all the machines were well kept and washers were front loading too. Breakfast was good - excellent selection and variety of items. Fitness center was not busy nor was the pool, both with plenty of towels out as well. Everyone on staff that we saw was friendly, warmly greeting us, asking if there was anything we needed or anything they could help with. we did need to get our toilet looked at the first day, it was addressed immediately and the issue did not reoccur. The room was nice, the whole place very clean and even with being very close to the lobby, library and buffet area, quiet as well. We would definately stay here again! « less

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed. Very clean very very clean. The bf buffet is okay and the pool is a bit small but the rooms are outstanding. We had a two bedroom two bath with living area and kitchen. It seemed just like a apartment. I would stay again. It was close to six flags which is where we went and a short drive to lake shore dr. They also have outdoor area to grill out. My family loved it « less
