We wish to thank Darlene (breakfast staff) and Kat and Lupe (room service staff) as bright stars during our recent trip to Pigeon Forge. Darlene greeted us with a smile and maintained the breakfast area in excellent conditions. Floor, tables, and counter space areas were kept very clean.
Kat was our room service person Tuesday and Wednesday. She was a beautiful young lady with a wonderful smile and can do attitude. These were the only two days our rooms were cleaned and beds were made. We are happy Kat had our floor these two days or we would have been unsure if our room would have ever been cleaned, bed made, and ready for us later in the day when we returned. Kat did a beautiful job and our room was even better than when we first walked in Sunday night.
Lupe was our last room person on Friday when we were heading home. She was left an unclean room from the day before. The lady the day before noted we had Do Not Disturb sign on door. "The sign was on the bed inside the room". Lupe thank you for your professional outlook having to clean up after a very un-professional employee. I am sure who ever had our room after we left found it in tip top condition.
We also like to thank the young man at the check in desk Sunday night. We never caught his name but he was so helpful in directions, placing us next door to our friends and sister in law and providing great information about the area. « less

We went to Pigeon Forge or a 2 night get-a-way. Creekstone Inn is ok for the price but we were expecting it to be better. The worse part was getting out bags up to the 3 floor and back down when it was time to leave. There was an elevator but it was slow and bumpy. It also made noise that worried us. We wondered if the doors were going to open. It finally did but was slow like the ride up. We didn't use it again. The motel workers are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being on the water and enjoyed the ducks, geese and pigeons that visited use out by the river. The rooms were clean and we did have all we needed. This is the only place we have stayed that had a bathroom in between the two beds and 2 tvs. Our son went with us on this trip and it was nice that he could watch a show and dad and mom could see what they.wanted. I guess if the elevator worked better and it was easier to get bag to the room, I would rate it as "good". Well, using the stairs did give us a good workout. Oh, and the breakfast they offer is not great. They give you a card for a pancake house where each person can get free pancakes or $1.00 per person off the price of a meal. It was a good breakfast. « less

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week to attend the f-100 super nationals. The rooms are a good size and having the beds in separate areas are a bonus. The elevator is extremely slow and makes horrible noises when you are riding on it, not ideal for someone scared of elevators. A big problem with this hotel is the Internet, I don't think they should even advertise "free wi-if". Connecting inside your room is impossible so you have to stand outside and connect. If your lucky enough to connect you will get the slowest connection possible. My family and I would consider staying here again if the Internet was fixed, other than that this is a good hotel. « less
