I have never seen a room that had all of the conveniences that mine did, you couldn't ask for more , I don't think that a Luxury hotel could be miuch better and the room was very affordable at the rare of $49.00 per night as booked on the website ! I am staying at the Super 8 this week just as a little, getaway, I got a pretty good price on the room but it not even close to being as nice as Extended stay America was « less

15 minutes after booking a room for our family of 4, I arrive at the hotel. They inform me that they don't have space for us! Not that I don't have a reservation, just that they don't have space. They can offer no explanation other than "I don't know why they would have let you book a room on the reservation phone line." When I return to the reservation line, I received horrible customer service (disservice) being told that their computer showed there would be room. They said "there is nothing we can do if the location allows people to stay extra days." They offered to check their other locations, but the guy behind the desk already said their sister location was also booked. Besides, I'd never give them my business again after that treatment. Needless to say at 10pm at night, after driving a family of four across the US for 12 hours, Extended Stay sent us back out in the rain to find a "real" hotel. « less

The dirtiest hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. My non-smoking room reeks if cigarettes. There are cigarette butts in the air conditioner, hairs in the bath, everything is stained, holes and burn marks in the bedding, sticky floors, I could go on... Surly, unhelpful staff. It doesn't matter how cheap the rooms are, this is unacceptable. I don't even want to sleep in the beds or use the towels. Gross. « less

The rooms are small, smell badly and you definitely get the feeling it would not be wise to leave valuables in your room. The elevator was broken from time to time and wreaked of ammonia and the floor was always sticky. My employer booked my room here trying to save a buck but I will let them know that was the last time I'll stay at any Extended Stay America properties. « less
