The night staff was friendly, but did not get us into a non-smoking room as requested and we could not open the door with key card. She came around to help and said that had trouble with door to lift up and she kick in the door. We did not feel safe!! We also found cigeratte holes in the bedspread. We to look for another Hotel, found one across the street, very nice, but we had to get money back from ramada to stay. Went back to Ramada and the girl was not there ( within 15 min ) another girl was at the desk -- everything locked up we had to talk with an outside little window. she could not help us and gave us the manager card to call later. We went to get something to eat and came back to room. It was so smoky, I call the front office again and said we were to be in a non-smoking room. She came and took us to another Room - non-smoking this time -- It was nice and smelled very good. The Sheets were very clean. Once we got into that room we did have a different feel to the place. The breakfast the next morning was excellent - the morning staff we wonderful, really helpful and apolized for the experence the night before. She did take of $10.00 of the bill, which was really the tax. Morning staff was very good - no compliants at all. The night staff were nice, but the 1st one was little different -- I believe her boyfriend was outside waiting next to the building texting on phone and that did not make us feel safe at all. « less

Thanks for your feedback! Certainly I hope you don't feel that you have overpaid for your stay but we try to keep our rates competitive with the neighboring hotels. The AAA and AARP discounts are 10% by default but you can find some other amazing deals on the Wyndham Hotels website.
