We were pleasantly suprised and relieved to find this little gem just off the interstate. We had not planned on staying the night. We had stopped to eat supper at the little truckstop restaurant next door (which was phenomenal). We decided that we were just too tired to drive any further. I called Sandy, the clerk, and was told to "come on over, I'll keep a room waiting for you." Great, friendly service! The room was on the first floor and was large and comfortable. The bed was moderately comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, but good for the value. We were allowed to keep our small dog in the room with us for a small fee. There was plenty of parking for our truck and trailer next door at the truck stop. We were quite happy with this find and will stay again the next time we pass that way. « less

Sure was nice to find this place but pleasant is the best rating I can give this motel. As a truck driver I have to park in the truckstop adjacent to this motel so I won't stay here in increment weather because of the long walk.
But the rooms are nice, the staff is excellent, the bathrooms are ok, and the tv is ok.
I have stayed here twice in the last year and would not rule out another stay. « less

If it had been summer I may have reserved one of the more popular chains about 30 miles away and missed this place but concern over the weather led me to take a chance and stay in Nashville where I was working for a couple of days. This hotel was everything the other reviews had said. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly enough and did a great job keeping up with shoveling and salting during an ice storm. The free breakfast included waffles, biscuits and gravy and the usual breads, yogurt, juices, cereal, etc. If that isn't enough for you for breakfast, there is a restaurant about 200 feet beyond the lobby entrance that had chicken fried steak, 3 eggs, potatoes and toast for for $7.99. I will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises. « less

We stayed at this hotel for one night.
We arrived in the early evening, and were checked in quickly. The hotel is close to the motorway, but there really isn't much else around which makes it nice and quiet. Parking is free. We were checked in quickly.
The room was pleasent and comfortable. As another reviewer has noted, there is no elevator, so make sure you have a ground floor room if you have mobility issues, or cannot carry luggage up and down the stairs.
We visited the Little Nashville restaurant next door and it was pleasent and family-run, so you don't need to go far if you need food.
We decided not to have breakfast as we wanted to sleep in - checkout is not until 11am.
