Our three-story, interior corridor hotel is conveniently located on I-35E, 25 miles north of the Dallas Metroplex, 7 miles south of Denton, and 16 miles from DFW Airport. Lake Lewisville, one of the most popular recreation sports in North Texas, is less than a mile from our hotel.
Each guest room is furnished with hairdryers, coffee makers, microwaves, fridges, high-speed internet access and lots of well lit work space. Our suites are furnished with sofa beds and are more spacious than our standard guest rooms.

We stayed here because Denton hotels were booked for UNT commencement weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The continental breakfast not so great. Not a big fan of do-it-yourself pancakes and waffles and a small line of Danish and bagels.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. Under similar circumstances with limited room availability in Denton we would stay here again. « less

I loved this place. The room was very nice, and the service was even better. Sunny was very friendly and he always had a smile when we came to the desk. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
The air conditioner worked beautifully. That is always a point of contention for me because I MUST have air moving in the room. This was the first hotel I have seen that had a ceiling fan.
The only minor issue was the cable or television was weird, and the remote was hard to figure out. I did not report it to the desk because it was really no big deal.
The breakfast was great and that is the first time I have seen a pancake machine! Press a button and two pancakes pop out.
Everyone that worked there always said 'Hi' and smiled. It felt like an upscale hotel with a great price.
I cannot say enough good things about it. We will be back!! « less

The only problem was the entrance to the hotel is a little hard to find and there is no entry off of the feeder road, You have to enter through a strp mall parkinbg lot, but it was well worth the little bit of convenience! « less
