Staff was friendly but there were no kleenex in the room, just empty box. There were no hangers, only empty hanger hooks. The shower gel was half-used up. Someone had shot the TV with a BB gun which put a big spot on the TV screen (but it did work). Lightbulb burned out next to bed. Water control in shower erratic and difficult to operate to correct temperature. « less

I will never stay there again. It started with the 800 number being difficult to understand becasue of the heavy Indian accent. They would rather make a joke than give you accurate info. The hotel seems like a facility too run down anymore for Motel 6. The current management seems to be taking what value they can out of what's left. The beds and furnishings are way overdue for replacing. The breakfast wasn't worth eating. The finishing touch was the way the cops cruised the parking lot like it was typical for them to do so. « less

This is the worse place i have EVER stayed at in my life, and I have stayed in some really horrible places!
I booked an express deal on there, and it booked this hotel instead! i was mad, but thought it would be okay.. I go there, went into the room, and was very p'd off! the room was very small so we moved to another one, second room smelled like cat urine, which was horrible!, third room the toilet was plugged internally, and when when we asked for maintenance to fix it, they told us to stay in the room and use the toilet in the room next door! my partner and I were upset, and asked for another room, so they moved us into the room next door.
the switch to the light would not work, and they had to call their maintenance man to come fix it, they could not find him for hours.
the stupid thing about the main switches for the light, is they are also connected to the outlet that is connected to the microwaves too, so if you want to use the microwave, you have to turn the light too.
to go online, you have to go to the front desk and ask for a printout of the internet code, and you are only allowed 1 device code per room, so if you have more then 1 device for the room, forget about it.
there were also people loitering in the parking lot that were screaming at each other, kids screaming, and other issues too, I would not return to this hotel again, not even if THEY paid me! this place is a mess inside AND outside!
they do not let you eat their, so called, complimentary breakfast,outside of their TINY breakfast area, which is also their lobby.
had to ask for towels one day, and had to wait for them to be washed, only got two when they normally give 3 or 4. « less
