We should have walked out as soon as we walked in. Apparently the place was being renovated and was very dirty and dusty. We were glad that we were only going to be there a few hours to get a little bit if sleep before we hit the road again. Could not get out of there fast enough. It was noisy outside right next to a drive thru order window and the renovations started very early....looked like they were putting up new tile so there was tile saws going and hammering. All the ground doors were open so crews had easy access which made us very uneasy. Will not stay there again. « less

I booked this Motel through CAA, who rated it 3 stars, we needed a place just to sleep on our way to Florida and back a week later. The room on the way down, was acceptable wehn it was dark, but when the sun came up in the morning, it was aweful.... older decor, basic repairs are done, but on the cheap. But we just needed a place to sleep. Saving grace was a great fired chicken place across the parking lot. On the return trip, we were given the king suite...OMG, if it was not as late as it was, we would not have stayed.... the landing going up stairs had a sheet of cement board on the landing, instead of a proper repair. The room looked good at first glance, but as we turned on the lights and started to use the room, you could see the room was not being maintained, someone had smoked in this non smoking room, the plumging was a hodge podge of flexible tubing where a trap should have been under the sink, the tiles were all crakced in the bathroom, and the route needed replacing... the drawer front on the dresser was broken off on one side. the two couches were very scarey, could be a bug nest, and had a funny smell. Again arrived late, and so late that even the restaurant was closed, so we made the best of it. I would not recommend this Super 8 to anyone, not even my mother-in-law!!! LOL Very poor conditions, even for the money! « less
