The room was great , I really enjoyed the jacuzzi it was very relaxing and the room was a great size. However I was very disappointed that there was no iron or ironing board in the room and when I called the front desk for one they could only provide me with the iron and no ironing board. For a room to have cost me 90.00 for a one night stay I feel I should have had a iron and ironing board in my room as well. « less

We've stayed here several times in the past, but this time was just for one night. We arrived at 1.30pm and the cleaners hadn't finished the room so we went away again to eat. The water took a long time to get hot in the shower, and the coffee maker didn't work, but the guy on the front desk was very polite and helpful. The A/C unit in the room was very noisy. « less

The room was ok the desk clerks left a lot to be desired. Not friendly at all nor helpful. No thank you's or apologies. No mention of breakfast location or availability or time. Locked out of room second night. had to walk to office in cold with bad knee's and not one apology for the extra trouble. Being polite and nice does not cost one penny but it certainly pays the company the well because one thank you or sorry can sure glaze over a lot of other problems. Not impressed at all. « less
