We stayed there for one night, and was really impressed with the hotel especially with the front desk staff, we were greeted with a wonderful smile, there wasn't enough she could do for us. I have to mention Veronica the breakfast attendant, she had the breakfast area very clean and tidy and paid close attention, making sure everything was topped up and in perfect condition, she should be rewarded for her efforts. The rooms were clean and well kept. « less

After flying all day from Europe, the shuttle van was prompt in picking us up--and with a nice, pleasant driver who gave us some helpful information. The hotel was nice with a clean, comfortable room. The free breakfast buffet was good with the usual type of foods. The shuttle to take us back to the airport the next morning was prompt, and it took only 10 minutes to get there. This is a good choice if you want a hotel that is convenient to the airport and has good accommodations. « less

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, the pool and the complimentary breakfast offered, which is always a consideration for us when traveling with the family. Our flight was fairly early, 8 am, and we had planned to be on our way to airport to return rental car by 6 am. Upon check-in, we learned breakfast didn't start until 6:30 am. Attention management: Reconsider the opening hour for breakfast!! This alone will cause us to book a room elsewhere.
The area is not that great if you're hanging out in Orlando for a while, expecially with family. Industrial type area, mostly fast food and gas stations. Convenient to highway.
Other than that, pool area seemed OK, water was chilly but not so much that the kids wanted to get out. Room was ordinary, appeared clean. Overall, seemed pretty outdated. The coffee nook area in room was set up awkwardly, the coffee machine couldn't be filled with water because the overhead cabinet was in the way. Huh?? « less

Our complimentary breakfast hours of operations are 6:30am-9:30am according to the standards set by Best Wester International.
Because we understand the breakfast needs of early-risers, we have recently made available to all our guests our "Breakfast Bag to Go" containing a cereal bar, a fruit, a yogurt and a bottle of water. This option alleviates the needs for something to "munch on" if leaving our facilities earlier than our breakfast hours of operations.
This amenity is offered upon request, so if any of our guests needs to make use of it, they can address their request to any of our professional front desk staff members. They will be happy to assist.

We arrived late our first night and just wanted a clean room, in a safe neighborhood that was easy to get to from the airport. I was very satisified with this hotel and would recommend.
The service was friendly and fast. We didn't use the pool or take advantage of the free continental breakfast. The hotel was conviently located near other restaraunts and a gas station.
I used points to pay for this room but the special rates were very reasonable at $75-85 depending on what booking website you chose. « less
