Had to keep my window open all the time.
+ Close to the train station and busses. + Quite good standard buffet breakfast (scrambled eggs, yoghurt, fruit, bread). + Free wifi.
So noisy. So smelly. So old. As another guest wrote, the breakfast is really the only decent feature. The hotel definitely needs a renovation! « less

Stayed for 3 nights at the RITZ! OMG the Ritz it is not! the breakfasts are really good, b ut rooms old and gloomy. Bed was conformatble but the staff do not go out of their way at all. Early start to Aarhus airport meant no Breakfast (even though it was charged) and nothing was avbaialbe even thoguh we gave 2 days notice of our early departure for the red eye!
Too much trouble to get coffee and some coixsants, or bread from the Kitchen for the next morning? it was . « less

I stayed here for a couple of weeks during a business trip in June 2012. The hotel is convenient located in the city centre. Very close to the train station and bus stop. There are several restaurants nearby. Frontdesk staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and not so convenient. Room on the first floor with main street view was good. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Good value hotel for business trips. Will definitely stay again. « less

I was supposed to spend two nights at the Ritz Hotel for business but I couldn't stay more than one night. I arrived late so it was complicated to change right away the hotel, but I really wanted to. Hotel staff is nice but seriously, the place is just horrible. The room was made in the 60s I guess (lino, plastic ceiling, very old and suspicious carpet on the floor, carpet that my grand grand mother would find old fashioned. Bathroom was small, and old. and the smell of cold cigarettes and grease was everywhere. I immediately called another hotel for the following night. I am not setting foot in this hotel ever again.
