The staff was very friendly and helpful. That was the only thing good about this hotel. We booked it for 2 nights but only stayed for one. The rooms stunk so bad since they were smoking rooms and nothing else was available even though I booked 3 weeks in advance. Even when you walked in the front door of the hotel you could smell the stench of stale smoke. All hotels in the area were sold out so we didn't have a choice but to stay the first night. There were dirty socks under one bed and crumbs in the other. Never again, and I felt bad for the ladies at the front desk. My guess is this isn't the first time they have had to apologize profusely. « less

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in March 2013. Overall it was fine, the rate was good and the room acceptable. We were there over a weekend and several people were there for a swim competition. Breakfast was packed, the room should be bigger, we would have liked a little larger selection of foods. We usually stay at a competing hotel chain but the rate at this hotel was significantly better which swayed our decision. The front desk staff was helpful but seemed understaffed. « less

We stayed in this hotel for a night for a swimming competition. Never more! My bed was full of other people's hair, by pillowcase had hair on it. The cover had a blood stain that didn't come off in the wash(probably). The hotel was booked, when I called the front desk to complain just about the cover, I was told just to take it out because it was only the cover!! I asked about the replacement and she told me if I want one to go downstairs and she would give me a new one. My son found gold fish crackers and a bottle cap under the beds, this shows that the floor was never cleaned! « less
