The Appart'City Sanitat is a grandiose complex surrounded by gardens in a residential district of Nantes, opposite a tram stop and 1.5 kilometers from the center. The 124 apartments feature simple blue and white décor with dark wood furnishings. All have fully equipped kitchenettes, wireless Internet access, cable television and direct dial phones.
