My son and I were visiting York College. Location excellent, easy to find. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room exactly what I expected for $60. Clean and quiet.

My non smoking room had a bedspread that reeked of smoke. Of course when you are in your jammies, getting into bed is no time to try to switch rooms....

My non smoking room had a bedspread that reeked of smoke. Of course when you are in your jammies, getting into bed is no time to try to switch rooms. The mattress was very soft/worn out. Had firm edges but sink holes where you lay. I don't expect much from a cheep hotel but when I say non-smoking, I expect that. Maybe it is just that your laundry people smoke, I don't know, but it was annoying. « less
