This is an excellent hotel located downtown Toronto. its walking distance to most if not all of Toronto's attractions. Easy to access food, shopping, and transportation (TTC). Its even walking distance to Union Station and Go Transit.
The room was clean and tidy. It was equipped with 2 LCDs (one in bedroom), a complete kitchen. dishwasher, in-suite laundry, toaster oven, stove top!
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again in the near future. I booked using the Hotel Tonight app on my phone which included 2 free drinks at the bar. « less

This is a great little hotel in the Financial District. The decor is modern with a Zen flair. I really liked the style of the room. The mattress was very comfortable with premium linens and pillows. The place was very clean.
The rooms are all suites with a well-laid-out kitchenette with modern appliances and finishes. There was even incense available if you wanted it.
The bathroom was generous and I like the walk-in shower (no tub in my room). There's a spa and gym but no pool which is standard for boutique-style hotels.
The room had all the usual amenities and there was a continental breakfast available in the lounge every morning. I didn't eat it, but the food looked decent.
Front desk service was prompt and efficient. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again. « less

Dear Kim T:
I am so pleased that you appreciated the modern style and feel of the Cosmopolitan Hotel. I am also glad to note that you had a good sleep. The comfort of the bed is such an important part of one’s hotel stay - a succeessful stay really is a good deal dependant on how well we sleep and a a lot of other Trip Advisor reviewers agree with you that our beds are very comfortable.
Thank-you for taking the time to post a review and for letting us know that our staff were efficient – I will be sure let them know your feedback; most of all, thank-you for letting us know you would stay with us again – we would love to welcome you back!

This is a good hotel but not what I would rate a 4* - still very good value for money, especially with the excellent rates received via Magellan Vacations.
Positives:
Excellent sleep quality and sound insulation Excellent sized suites with kitchenette etc. Good sized bathroom. Good heating system. Very good value - speak to Magellan to get good rates, pay on check out.
Negatives:
No real/pleasant view with our room. Its a bit of a strange set up and people also live in the building so doesn't really have that hotel or holiday feel. Bar is pretty expensive, although they do have some good offers. Some furniture was a bit worn/tired. « less
