I arrived around 3:00 pm for a 10 hour stay , ample parking for a semi truck, was greeted by a very helpful and freindly lady,room was a little higher than I expected but wasnt too bad..the room was quite large for a Sleep Inn,bed was fair,room was clean,well lit but was getting tired looking ..wall paper was worn and rough in spots ..bathroom was clean exept the ceiling in shower was filthy,water pressure was low and handle was broken off of shower door..and shampoo bottle was empty..the lady working the desk around 1:00 am when I checked out was also very freindly.....great people and great location but time for a renovation « less

The room was nice and large and the staff were very helpful. The shower head did not work properly. They advertised a hot breakfast and the only item hot was the Waffle maker. The selection of food was extremely poor. So the low rating is based on the expectation of a hot breakfast that was not available. « less

This is a very nicely maintained budget hotel, but was a bit hidden from the main road. As sharing the same design as other Sleep Inns, it has the same problem of unlockable sliding washroom door, and moulded shower stall. For a hotel for an overnight stop and rest, this provides everything we need. Clean, quite and reasonably spacious room. The airconditioer runs quietly. Breakfast is well presented. Staff are friendly. What elso do you need for an 8-hour stay? « less

We arrived about 23:30 on Wednesday night. Sign out front said welcome and enjoy the indoor pool and hottub. We checked in and got into the room. The bed sheet had a big hole in it. The second elevator was broke down but had no sign posted on it so I stood there waiting on it and it never came. So I went to fnd the vending machine on the 3rd floor where the sign said it was supposed to be. All I found was a hole in the roof, black mold on water pipes and the wall/drywall bubbling from water damage it was still dripping. I walked down to the first floor and found the pop machine...only one in the facility. it was broken down. i went to the indoor pool. Murky water and SUPER COLD. Went to the indoor hot tub. The timer was broke, the water was dirty, the pool deck was dirty and the hot tub was cold. No trace of warm water to be found at all...outside January winter temperature cold water. The ceiling tiles inthe main hall way just past the check in area are full of black mold. I have attached pictures. The free breakfast was TERRIBLE. The pancake batter was so water downed that the machines burned and hardened every one we tried to make. Had to beg the front desk guy for griddle spray and that was like pulling teeth. The Great-Value Walmart brand syrup bottle contained syrup that was so watered down that it was syrup-colored water that poured uot of the spot with no "stickyness" at all. Fortunately there was a Denny's just up the street and an IHOP to for breakfast choices. It was easy to find from the I-77 road and several restraunts were at the same exit.
Terrible place to stay...we will never be back and with the mold you should not go either.Also contacting the health department in refrence tot he mold in the ceiling, waterpipes and in the walls. « less
