We have two-four diamond resorts located on the Sunny Kohala Coast on the
Big Island of Hawaii.
The modern Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel has 350 all ocean facing rooms with 36
suites. The largest suite is the Hapuna Suite which is 8000 square feet and
has 4 bedrooms, private swimming pool and 24 hour attendants.
The traditional Mauna Kea Beach hotel has 310 rooms with two third ocean
facing and the other third facing the Mauna Kea Golf Course that was just
recently voted the eighth best golf course in the United States.
There is a reciprocal signing agreement between the two side by side
properties so you're basically getting two properties for the price of one!
Other combined features are two 18-hole owned and operated golf courses, two
award winning beaches, helipad on property, no resort fees and 182,540
square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting and function space.
Out largest indoor meeting space would be the Hapuna Ballroom(Hapuna Beach
Prince Hotel) which has 8428 square feet and can hold 900 theater style and
the largest outdoor function space is the Kohala Gardens(Hapuna Beach Prince
Hotel) and the South Point Lawn(Mauna Kea Beach Hotel) which has 43,000
square feet each and can accommodate 850 Reception style.
The closest airport would be the Kona International Airport, a 30 minute straight
straight drive on one road and has daily flights on United and American from
L.A.
