Property Description

Location: Conveniently located in North Orlando, in the heart of Altamonte Springs. We are minutes from the Maitland Center and Downtown Orlando. We are minutes from the Altamonte Springs Mall, Uptown Altamonte, Universal Studios, Sea World, Walt Disney World, Wet-n-Wild, and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.Room features: All guest rooms and suites feature classic mohagony furniture, refrigerator, microwave, full size ironing board with iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and two telephones with voicemail.Recreational facilities: Two story waterfall cascading into our olympic swimming pool and a fitness center featuring universal equipment, treadmill, and life cycle. Complimentary use of Bally Total Fitness or Gold's Gym.Services: Express checkout, business center with free wireless internet access, and complimentary USA Today (M-F). Pet friendly.Dining and entertainment: Waterfall Cafe including an outdoor patio serving breakfast and dinner. The Why Not Lounge with drink specials and Happy Hour Monday through Thursday, 4 P.M.-7 P.M., we also offer a live jazz piano bar from 5pm to 8pm Mon-Wed. There is a live band and DJ nightly from 10.00pm till 2.00am Thur-Sat.Every Fri and Sat there is live comedy from 8 pm till 9.30 pm.Meeting Space Information: Our Grand Ballroom, Monarch and Crown Room can accommodate up to 300 people.
