This has to be the loneliest hotel stay.
There is no warm welcom on arrival.
There is no offer of assistance with luggage.

This has to be the loneliest hotel stay. There is no warm welcom on arrival. There is no offer of assistance with luggage. Breakfast is terrible, over crowded. The bedroom was large with a little sitting area, en-suite, small unstocked kitchenette but the laminate floors made it cold and there was a lot of noise from the rooms above and from the corridor. And then there was the late nighgt noises from outside, actually sounded as though the glass recycling skips were being emptied in the wee small hours. There is a restaurant behind the hotel which is a nice escape. « less

Easy access to Paris centre on the RER so may suit people wanting a nice hotel but not to stay out too late. Relatively quiet around the hotel so maybe limited choices for restaurants and night life. « less

This apartelle could have been nice because the location is good and the room / apartment is spaceous with a small kitchenette BUT it seriously has a lot of issues! The wifi is free but you can only have one login, so if two of you need to work on each laptops, there's no way they will allow you to have another login! Not to mention, the wifi is very slow and has intermittent connection! They only have 10 irons to lend to the guest, out of 150 rms! That's 1 is to 15 rms, pathetic! The biggest problem of this hotel is the staff, from the frontdesk, to the housekeeping, to the breakfast people, all, not a single one has customer service skill. Everything you ask the frontdesk, the answer is always negative. Ex. They have a directory at the frontdesk, i asked for a copy and they are charging me .50 per page!!! Unbelievable!!! The breakfast staff, i understand groups can be annoying, but the way they treat the chinese group, no respect at all! It's as if they were giving the bfast for free when in fact they paid for it and it was an expensive breakfast for the selections they offer. One morning, they refused a couple of chinese to have breakfast because it is not time for their group yet! Poor chinese guests, they were humiliated infront of other guests! All, not even a single one had made efforts to help out a guest in the hotel, they totally have zero knowledge in hospitality industry! « less

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, and i'm quite satisfied with the accomodation. The staff was friendly, they cleaned the room and changed the towels daily, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was ok, it's close to RER station Massy-Palaiseau (5-10 min walk) though a little far from Paris to visit, and the jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna were great. I had a great time and i strongly recommend it. « less
