We had the pleasure of staying here April 3 for 5 nights while visiting family in Loudon. I am a travel agent and have stayed in many hotels over the years. I was very impressed with how clean and well maintained the property is kept. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and housekeeping did a great job in keeping our room clean. The breakfast was an added bonus. I will be returning to Loudon and will definitely stay here again. « less

Nice, Family Hotel w/ Indoor Pool! The service is always great and the pool area is really nice. The breakfast is a nice addition but maybe not the most flavorful. They keep fresh brewed coffee & freshly-baked cookies on hand all hours. =) The rooms are nice enough with the family suite having two baths which makes getting up & out a lot easier with a brood of children. The only real con is the luke-warm bath water. Have stayed there twice...months apart...and exactly the same room and the water temp was the same. =( « less

this hotel was amazing for the price that i paid. it was equally as nice as any holiday inn express that i have ever stayed in. The rooms were very nice and clean. the pool was great if i would have been there with my family. the breakfast was also great. it featured both hot and cold items. there were quick fast food restaurants near by as well as a gas station. I will most certainly be staying here again! « less

Friendly staff...Sabrina had a wonderful smile and we were warmly greeted by her. The room with a King bed was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable . Even the hot tub was not your typical tepid water ...perfectly hot.
The lobby was extremely clean and welcoming as was the room. Breakfast was typical fare buit met our expectations.. Kudos to this property « less

My wife and I stayed here while on a small weekend roadtrip to the NC/TN mountains. We used point+cash in order to book a standard room (only option online).
Staff: The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I asked if there were any whirlpool rooms available and she said there were but I was booked in a standard room. I asked if I could pay to upgrade to one. She said I could, but had a lot of difficulty in calculating/imputing into the computer. But that seemed like a system problem - it was over-complicated because of my points+cash booking.
Room: The room was a little bit dated. Could use some newer furnishings/carpeting. Although it was dated, the room was clean enough. Sometimes an older room, no matter how clean, can just show some age that you may initially see as unclean. But the suite was pretty clean. The bathroom was clean, the whirlpool was nice, but it took about 30 minutes to fill up the tub as it basically uses a standard sink faucet. The bed was standard Country Inn, relatively comfortable.
Breakfast: Was good, standard free breakfast. Waffle maker, hot sausage, french toast with other sundries. No eggs or bacon.
Location: It's a road hotel, not really meant to be a location pleaser. It is close enough to local attractions and is about the midpoint between Athens/Chat and Maryville/Knox. « less
