I liked everything about this hotel except for the fact that the beds were doubles instead of queens. Since this is the second hotel that I have encountered this at, it must be a company policy. It makes it very difficult to get a goods nights sleep. « less

On arriving at the hotel we were impressed at how tidy the grounds were. It is in a nice quiet location and we were treated in a courteous manner by the staff on our arrival. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We did not use the pool but it looked to large and in good order, although the hot tub was not in use. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast, which wasn't as good as we have had in other Holiday express hotels. The juices had obviously been watered down and the bread products were stale and certainly did not taste fresh! However despite the poor breakfast, we would reccommend the hotel and would stay there again. However « less

Stayed here prior to a morning flight out of GSP. This is perhaps the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. I asked the desk clerk if it was new and was told no, just renovated in 2010. They have a super looking property here.
The staff was friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Our room was just right, nice and clean, only negative is there could have been better water pressure in the shower.
Breakfast was typical HI fare except for the automatic pancake machine. It churned out flapjacks quickly and they were very good. The breakfast attendant was very nice and helpful too.
All in all though it was a good night's visit and sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the Greenville Airport area. « less

Stayed here one night for business and enjoyed my stay tremendously. I was greeted at check in by a very nice and friendly young man. He got me in to my room quickly and was so professional. Nice big room and very clean. Breakfast was fully stocked in the morning and typical of Holiday Inn Express'. The Housekeeping and Maintenance I ran in to in the morning were very pleasent. The morning Front Desk agent was also extremely helpful with directions and just very friendly. « less
