Homestead is a limited service extended stay hotel. All guest rooms are equipped with fully equipped kitchens that include a dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker, 2 burner stove tops with pots,pans,utensils, and dishes in the rooms. Housekeeping is 1 time every 7 days (more services with a small fee) ammenities are freely given 24 hours a day. All rooms have double size sleeper sofa couches.

My father and I have been here for about 5 weeks now and our stay has been absolutely wonderful. The staff here has went above and beyond on more than one occassion. One night the A/C in our room quit working, understanding that anything man made is subject to failure at any time, my dad told the desk if they could get us a fan we would be ok until maintenance came in the morning. Around 10am the next morning maintenance was here with a brand new A/C unit and in 15 minutes they had it swapped out with no signs they had ever been here. Also, the weekly housekeeping staff and the Grab and Go breakfast are both awesome. The staff here is always smiling and do a great job making it so you don't even know your not at home. If you come to Rhode Island for a visit and don't stay here your missing out. « less

My family and I stayed here in early May for a weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful but there was pet hair on the blankets. The sofa arms were very dirty and the T.V. reception was very poor. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room other than to sleep and shower. I don't think that i waould stay there again. « less
