We stayed three nights in the Travelodge Angels Camp from 5/14/13 to 5/17/13. We were initially scheduled for two nights, but were pleased enough with the accommodations to stay an extra night. The room was spacious and clean and had been recently renovated, including new mattresses and pillows. The microwave and refrigerator met our needs for evening popcorn and chilled fruit and water! Cheryl and Angela were especially pleasant and helpful. Cheryl made us a freshly ground espresso after checking in and reminded us this complimentary treat was available 24 hours a day! I'd be happy if all our future accommodations were as good. « less

We arrived late and needed an extra room. The front desk person arranged a room for our children to be near us. We also asked for rooms at the back of the hotel which they gave us. Everyone was very nice and the rooms were clean and spacious.

I was in the area for a workshop and stayed 5 nights at this location the first week of May. It appears that this Travelodge is quite new and consists of three buildings that are quiet. The location is at the North end of town so if you want to be near the historic area it is a ways to go but that didn't matter to me. The rooms were large and the beds and pillows were very nice. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfeast was very nice and convenient. I didn't use the pool but it was well maintained. The only complaint I had was the computer that was available to use was very old and slow-when it worked.
The whole experience was positive and far exceeded my expectations. I was a great value. « less
