The hotel was built in 2000. It is a three story building, with 104 rooms. All of the efficiencies studios are interior, and come with fully equipped kitchens, with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee marker, plus cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. The rooms also have a workspace with a computer data-port, telephone, and personalized voicemail. We also have High-Speed Wireless Internet access for a minimum fee. The room also has a television with a remote control, and an iron and ironing board. Our hotel also has an exterior pool, and our hotel guests have free access to a local health club in the area, just by presenting their room key. We also offer a complementary gourmet coffee bar in the morning which includes: 3 types of coffee, choice of fruit, muffins and breakfast bars.

And I take clean seriously. Great location, easy to move around Ft Lauderdale and vicinity. After over a week of hotels I truly hated to leave. « less

You need a car to go anywhere.
Not happy with location as wanted and booked down near port, and water taxi nothing to do out here when relocated here before our cruise.
This Hotel is cheaper than 17thSE but paid for 17thSE so feel ripped off. « less
