From Bordeaux Merignac Airport (BOD):
Distance to Hotel du Faisan is 40 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis between the airport and Bordeaux centre cost approximately 20 EUR. There is a shuttle bus service, Jet Bus, which departs the city centre every 45 minutes and travels to St Jean railway station, which is opposite the hotel. The journey takes 30 45 minutes and costs 6 EUR each way. Prices are subject to change.
Getting around. Bordeaux is well served by trams and buses. Its Old Town area is compact and accessible by foot.
