Hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation. Parking lot area was clean but poorly lit. Vanity and bathroom need completely renovated. Breakfast was very poor. Donuts were frozen, no low/no carb options to select from. Coffee in lobby was cold. Juice was advertised as Minute Maid and was some other brand. Overall this entire facility could use an overhaul. The staff we encountered were friendly, but that does not make up for the poor quality of the hotel. « less

We stayed here for a night after staying at the great wolf lodge. We needed a place to sleep since we did not want to drive back to the city in the evening. We stayed in March 2013 and it was very empty. We were put all the way in the back in an isolated area. The room was average. Very outdated. The balcony was dirty with dead bugs and cigarette ends. The continental breakfast was average. Just bread, cereal, and small muffins. You are given breakfast tickets so you need to give them when you go into the breakfast area. This is to ensure you only eat once and do not come back for seconds. It smelled like curry since the breakfast area is connected to the Indian restaurant they have on site. The smell kind of gave me a stomach ache. Guests are asked to not remove food from the area. For one night it was okay but I wouldn't be here for an extended stay. « less

Hotel was is a great location, close to everything. Rooms were clean and had fridge and microwave which helps when traveling with the family. So no complaints about the room itself. Major problems with reservation however - the reservations line kept getting it wrong and spent way to many hours trying to fix it- Also left something in the room and called a few hours after we left but person and front desk couldn't help and kept having to call back but to no avail- very frustrating and never got my item back. So days in staff and reservations line less then helpful and accommodating. « less
