hotel looks nice,very good location,beds are very confterble,but front desk not friendly at all and the first 2 rooms were dirty and next day ask for wake up call dint got it,ask to change iron they never did,ask for the manager to contact us,never did, i will not stay here again,is other hotels next to this one that are nice too.i dint move because i got there at 3 am and came backt at 11pm just to sleep,but very very disappoined

I would not recommend this hotel. the lobby was very smelly and the hallways were dirty and smelled and looked dirty. The room was all right but was very musty smelling. The girl at the front desk was very overworked and took forever to check us in. It was not her fault as she did not have any help. Her manager kept calling her and changing the price on the rooms. She kept getting calls. It was final 4 week-end in Atlanta and all the hotels were full and people were looking for rooms. The price on our room changed twice before she got us checked in. I could not believe the gouging that was going on before my eyes. The lobby smelled awful, however, it was either stay or drive another hundred miles or stay in the car. The next morning, a very nice young lady made our morning very pleasant with a lovely experience giving us extra bananas and coffee and creamer as we left. Much to my dismay, I discovered that I had left my nook in the room. I called the hotel when we got to our next hotel and asked if it had been found. I was told I would need to call back the next am when housekeeping came in. I called and was connected with the housekeeping, they said that they had not found anything in our room. I told them that it would have been in the bed or on the floor. It had to have been there only. The woman got very hateful, and then told me that she cleaned that room herself and that it was not there and hung up on me. I had checked all of my luggage and I had only carried in an overnight bag, so, I know that is where it was left???? So, if you leave anything there, tell it goodbye!! Sad, but true!! I would not stay there again!! I would not recommend anyone else stay there either « less

Price reasonable, BUT: no plug for bathroom sink, room dirty-dust had not been removed from rug baseboard in years, wouldn't honor coupon in hotel coupon booklet even though it was only about half full, continental breakfast not the greatest. Although advertised in coupon book as all new rooms - NOT! Mattress in bed was old and should have been replaced. « less
