The motivation behind Frangipani Villas inspired by travelers who expressed a gap in the accommodation options available in Phnom Penh, particularly pleasant establishments in which to relax and meet with friends.
Frangipani Villa-60s was newly renovated 1960s (Golden era) building, offering a beautifully restored example of modern Khmer architecture with a pleasant café within a quiet, safe and pleasant environment in the centre of the city. After a successful opening of Frangipani Villa-60s and with a high demand of reservation during low and high seasons, Frangipani Villas extended its business to include Frangipani Villa-90s with a unique design and a pleasant café. Frangipani Villa-90s was renovated 1990s building which was copied 1960s villa style. Our boutique hotels make an ideal base from which to explore all services in the city.
Renovations by local architect and landscape architect aimed to restore original foundations and utilized locally produced materials and labor to create a harmonious atmosphere.
