Stayed at this property for a week and have no complaints. Good free breakfasts (egg, bacon, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, cereal, yogurts), friendly and accommodating front desk service, clean rooms, and very conveniently located to good value resturants (e.g., Old Chicago, Olive Garden). While the hotel does have a small pool which seemed to be popular with kids and families, and while they have access to an off-site facility, I do wish they had an in-house exercise room. Given that we paid $77 per night, I'm giving this hotel an "excellent" value rating. If you are paying over $100 per night (as rates do vary), I'd give it a "very good value". « less

The service was okay. Most of the staff was not very friendly. Maybe it's just my pet peeve but I do not like to see staff smoking at the front door. One staff member was stocking the breakfast cabinets (extra items underneath, not that day's food) right at 7 with many guests trying reach items she was blocking. Breakfast was typical HIE fair, which I find to be unimpressive. The bed wasn't very comfortable and I was often awakened by vehicles running in the parking lot. I will be looking for a different hotel if I return to Greeley. « less

Spent two nights Dec. '12 for a family gathering. Good hotel, great service. The staff assisted us with all of our odd requests. This is our regular hotel when we visit Greeley, and we will be back.
Location is convenient- chain food options down the street, Greeley Mall, two movie theaters, etc.
No exercise room, but that's why it's an Express. Pool is great for kids. « less

We stayed here for the Miss Colorado USA Pageant in Greeley. I would say, we payed a little more than what it's worth... BUT it was clean and comfortable. It's probably priced higher because there aren't many "quality" choices in Greeley alone, you have to go to Loveland or Fort Collins. There is an IHOP directly behind the hotel, so if you like that type of food- that's pretty convenient. If you're looking for a place close to the pageant area, this is about 5 minutes away... and not too far from other restaurants.
Their indoor pool was pretty big and great for children! Continental breakfast was about average... Hotel was pretty quiet, it was a busy weekend and we were not disturbed by others.
