Property Description

New 100% smoke free over-sized studio suites with either two queen beds or one king bed. All rooms have a pull-out sofa bed, microwaves, mini refrigerators, irons, ironing boards, hairdryer, coffee makers and in-room safes. Complimentary Breakfast Bar with make-your-own waffles. High Speed Internet access throughout hotel. Only 2.5 miles from Indian River Community College. Lovely outdoor heated pool with separate jacuzzi. Business center, indoor fitness room and guest laundry.
