The road noise is very bad and there is no insulation to stop it. The room was adequate but Nothing special.

I want to begin by saying I have always trusted the Days Inn chain for reasonable expectations of quality. This property failed every single expectation. When we arrived about twenty minutes early we were told the rooms with queen beds are not ready until after 2pm, only the double bed rooms are permitted early check in. So we decided to go across the street to a fast food restaurant to wait out the 15 minutes or so we had to kill till 2pm. Returned about 2:10pm, was told the room is now ready. What we booked online was a queen non-smoking room, what we were given was a queen smoking room with gigantic, horrific stains all over the carpet, and a smell unpleasant beyond just being smoked in. It was "next to the pool" as the clerk said, only the pool had the color and curbside appeal of Oscar the Grouch from Seasame Street, and enough floating trash from cigarette butts, beer cans, diapers, and industrial waste to make Al Gore want to film another documentary right there on the spot. We returned to the office, where we were informed that was the only available room with a queen bed, in spite of the designation we booked for a non-smoking room. We had to accept a double bed non-smoking room instead. After unloading our luggage from the car we soon met the other guests sharing that wing of the hotel, who had already began what would be a 14 hour drinking binge. They had booked the five or six rooms that adjoined ours. We asked for an adjustment due to being downgraded, the manager refused. He said since we booked online there were no refunds or adjustments. Never again sir, never again... « less

I was looking for a fairly inexpensive motel close to my work location, stayed for 5 days. First room, right across from the ice machine, shower curtain rod ready to fall off the wall, no alarm and very dirty hair dryer also NO internet access in room - who wants to sit in the stark lobby to use the internet. Complained and got moved to a new room, as I was trying to get to work on time (they wouldn't let me wait until lunch time). Handed me a key and said to check it out. I ensured the shower was good, clean and that there was an alarm clock. When I returned back to the room I discovered that the phone did not work at all, there was no tv remote, the heater did not work at all (30 degree night needed a heater), the hair dryer was totally missing from the wall and the digits on the alarm clock were missing so many segments you couldn't use the thing. When I presented a list to the manager, his answer to me was then check out. Really? I have a couple more weeks to be here for business so yup, I'll be checking out at the end of my paid-up-front booking. If you can stand cheap and old rooms (although cleaned well enough) with tube-type tvs and limited internet access in your room and front desk staff who obviously could care less about anything but your money then this is the place for you. It is very noisy all the time too since it's right near a major highway. I'd avoid this place unless its the only one available or for just the one night stay for those passing through. « less

I found the hotel room to be really filthy. I actually took photos of the bathroom to show how bad the rooms are maintained. I have stayed in Days Inn in the past and I know all the Days Inn motels are not as bad as this one but I was shocked to see the condition of this motel. Please do a quality check asap!! We stayed with young kids and had to cancel our second night's stay there due to fear of bugs, foul smell and the condition of the bathroom. I also found that the breakfast place had most of the appliances not working(according to the person at the desk) « less
