First, please know that we have strict quality control standards that are meant to prevent a situation like yours from occurring. Specifically, standard operating policy is that linens are always replaced with fresh, clean new bedding before a guest checks in. In addition, all rooms and flooring are inspected prior to being made available to the public. That having been said, we recognize the issues you have brought to our attention and have discussed them with hotel staff and management.

Your review has caused us to take a serious look at the systems we have in place to handle our day to day operations and we will be making modifications as appropriate. This includes the ongoing scheduled repairs to the Hotel’s exterior.
