This owner wants you to book third party. When you get to the hotel he does not have the type of room you are guaranteed, he then charges you an upgrade fee. At this point if you have any problem he refuses to refund your money and says you are trespassing!!! I called the police to report this and it was not the first time this problem has been reported at this hotel! He does this to keep your refund money and then rerent the hotel room to a walk in patron at a higher price. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! « less

Not only from interstate right outside hotel, but also heard everyone in hotel. This hotel hasn't been updated like the rest of the Sleep Inns. Was a major disappointment, but we stayed because we were redeeming points. On the plus side, lobby was clean and staff was friendly(was the same guy seen everytime we walked past front desk, morning afternoon and night! We recently stayed at Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center. On the positive side, the location is great, the lobby floor was always being mopped when we left in the morning, leaving everything smelling nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and shower is great. There was a frig and microwave in the room, but the room was quite small. The negative side-there is no clock in the room-couldn't get it to work on the microwave either. The heat-AC was not operating at it's best capacity. The frig in the breakfast area had a big chunk of ice in it, so big that the door wouldn't completely close. You would think that managment would unplug the frig, and thaw the ice out so that the door can close. The window between the indoor pool and breakfast area was not as clean as it should be. We are Choice Privilege members, so the negatives weren't so bad that we would stay somewhere else-it's just that maintenance could do a bit better so far as upkeep is concerned. « less

Cons: Heater pool was cold. Breakfast was awful, coffee taste like water, waffle maker broken. Room was very small and hard for two people with luggage to move around in. Even though it says the hotel is smoke free the towels in our bathroom smelled like smoke, which probably means staff smokes in laundry room.
My opinion would be that the owners of the place have no pride in making sure things like the pool is hot and things like the breakfast are a good experience. « less

Hotel is right off the highway which was ok for getting around, but thats the only positive i have for this hotel... first off when we got in our room it was like 90 degrees in there, so we turned the ac on to cool it down... ac didnt work... turned it all the way down to 60 and fan speed high and it clicked on once for about thirty seconds... so we had to crack the window open... which helped a lil, but we were on the first floor and have seen enough scary movies to know not to leave it open while we sleep... so we roasted like pigs all night... also in our room our view was ofa concrete wall about 4feet away and they had bright lights shining in the window all night... the bed was firm, wasnt a fan but i know some people like that so its more of preference... the blanket felt like it was made of sand paper... the tv was a 19 inch zenith from the early ninties with about 15 channels, but it did have hbo... water pressure sucked and the hotel staff was non existent... and when we did come across someone we didnt even get a friendly hello... so all in all i would say this was a poor choice of a hotel... your better off spending 10 more dollars for a decent place « less
