When we got to the hotel at 1 am we had a big of an issue because we had requested a king bed and when we arrived there the night auditor had to check the room to make sure it was available. Since I work in hotels I was not going to get upset because I knew this guy couldn't have been there for more then a few hours and he had nothing to do with our room not showing up clean. Breakfast food was good. Had peanut butter and jelly packets and bread for toast so we were able to make a few sandwichs for lunch. Great money saver. We didn't get service on our room due to not needing it so I cannot comment on their cleanliness. However, the housekeeper always asked if we needed anything when we walked by. We were there for almost 5 days and didn't have any issues with noise. The shuttle service to Universal and Disney were wonderful. I loved not having to worry about renting a car or parking. We used Super Shuttle to get to the hotel from the air port. It was $60 round trip for two people. I was not aware of this until we got there but there is a trolley that goes up and down International Drive that will get you to both of the outlets. It is $1.50 per trip but you can by a day pass if you plan on getting on and off. We had to take a cab back from Universal Studios due to seeing the Blue Man Group (which was great by the way) and it was $15. Not too bad at all. « less

On our arrival we were given a room with a broken lock and could not secure door, second room had only one bed while our reservation was for 2 beds, and the third room was still occupied! When I requested to check out and find another hotel, I was told that a refund was not going to happen because they had other rooms we could try! I was not going to stay in a hotel that gave out keys to an already occupied room!!! Unsafe, dirty and they could not pay me to stay here! « less
