We are conveniently located off of Interstate 84 (I-84) exit 13 just minutes from the Portland International Airport and Downtown Portland. We are situated at the Gateway to the Columbia Gorge Scenic Area and 45 minutes from the Mt. Hood Ski area.

Staff was rude and indifferent. Had a coupon that he said was wrong, I won't put the whole conversation, but it was obvious that customer service was at the bottom of the priorities when I told him that we would just go further down the road. His reply was "that is fine by me" then he went back out to the lobby to,watch tv.
I cannot rate the rooms or the beds, because we didn't stay. « less

My thoughts when I got there was not bad looks nice but the front desk guy was very rude he sent me to the 4th floor for my room. I must of gone back and force looking for my room couldn't fine my room # I had to go back down stairs tell the guy there was no such # he argue with me finally I told him ok you need to go up there with me and show me where its at I'm done with this fine the hidden room game. So he goes up with me and guess what the number was not on the room door he looks at me oh I guess someone took it. I knew I wasn't crazy like he was thinking I was oh My so as he opens the room door I tell him it smells like cigarettes in here he tells me oh no these rooms are non smoking ok they might be non smoking to your rules but someone was smoking in this room do you think he would of oftered me another room but he didn't he just left. And of course the free breakfast in the morning was the worst i've ever seen but then I did read the reviews before hand and knew it was bad. Good news is there was a nice restaurant across the street that was pretty good. I really doubt I'll ever be staying here again « less

The spa was broken. The pool was so cold there were teenagers that wouldn't get in it! The sauna had a bowl without a handle to pour the water onto the hot rocks, which resulted in burned hands! The room had peeling wallpaper and smelled terribly of cheap men's cologne! The bed was comfortable, but only came with throw pillows! « less

By far the worst hotel I have stayed at. These owners are nothing but money hungry charging $20 for sheets, 15$ a day for DVD player..cheap breakfast..seriously!? Hotel is wore out, carpets are terrible, and so is the old stale breakfast, pool & hot tub are very dirty as well. Reception are rude, espically the owner who is the Indian lady she will get into an argument with you when you are not satisfied with the service, or hospitality. I thought that is what the hotel business is about, making guests happy, and not for your own profit. Guesthouse I would think twice before letting anyone franchise your hotel! There is a Days Inn, and Super 8 nearby, would rather stay there than here any day. « less
