If you are looking for convenience and a good price, use this property. I was attending a graduation and the area hotel prices were ridiculously high compared to other times of the year. The staff was very accomodating and it's a great location for shopping. Could use better TV reception on a few of the channels, though. « less

My fiance and I were down visiting family and chose to stay at this property because it was much closer and nicer then other hotels near my families home. Its very quiet and peaceful at night, you don't hear hardly anything while sleeping so we were able to get a great nights rest before getting back on the road to head home. The rooms were very nice, looks like they might have gone under a little renovation and still in the process of getting the hotel EXCELLENT!!!!The staff there was wonderful and very helpful when ever we asked about restaurant suggestions and other local places to hang out at. Keep up the good work and hope to see ya'll again soon. « less

It's a nice hotel it comes with modern furniture a flat screen tv and a kitchenette with dishes. I was impressed despite the outside looks I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I even had the opportunity to grab a muffin and coffee while heading out to my meeting, the hotel provides a variety of breakfast cereals, granola bars etc. etc. « less

Worst 2 nights we've ever had. Walk ways dirty, room stunk, heat wouldn't shut off so the room was like 90 degrees. First night pulled the plug on the heater and opened the windows to enjoy the 25 degree weather outside. Should have done it again the second night. Should have left at 4 in the morning since everyone was awake and swetting.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. I sincerely apologize that the heater in the room did not work correctly. To make sure this doesn't happen again, I am having all the heaters and controls checked. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact me at kmaile@extendedstay.com. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any other Extended Stay Hotels location in the future.

I am a Duke patient who is very sick who travels 10 hours to come to Durham. Extended stay was great. Mrs. Perry was very accommodating and her staff so pleasant. I didn't get to meet most the staff as I was ill, but my boyfriend did and they helped out in anyway they could. My room was very cozy and very clean. I will definitely be back. It makes a huge difference to a sick person when a hotel thinks of your needs. Although i booked through a 3rd part site, they made sure i had a first floor room since i use a wheelchair and i was right by the office just in case we needed anything. « less

Our hotel is totally committed to the satisfaction of every guest who walks through our doors, which is why it is so rewarding to get feedback like yours; it tells us that we are delivering on that commitment. We believe that building a professional, courteous, and accommodating relationship with our customers will continue to bring them back for future stays.
Once again, I and the entire staff at our hotel thank you for your very kind words, and we'd love to see you here again. Please don't hesitate to call on me for your future stays here or at any other Extended Stay Hotels(sm) location."
