Although my room was clean and linens fresh everything else was terrible! Hallways had terrible mildew y smell. Staff is rude and obnoxious and have an attitude. There were no lotions when I arrived! How can a three star hotel not have lotion ? Check out is at 11 am not 12pm like every other establishment. And by 11:10 am a manager will come banging on tour door loudly telling you to get out! I would never stay here again! The star rating is wrong. Definitely a two star hotel. Also no pool or exercise room! « less

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. I sincerely apologize that you noticed a slight odor in the hallways and your check-out was not ideal. I have spoken with the housekeeping staff about the importance of cleaning and deoderizing areas within the hotel. As well, I am working with the staff on the proper way to address guest check-out times so the situation you described does not happen again.
