I've stayed at this hotel a few times before last year and hate it every time the staff at the time was rude and just flat out mad all the time. The rooms have always been nice, clean and comfortable. It all started with Nicole, she was helping a very rude lady, But still acknowledge me told me she will be with me shortly. After the rude lady left the office Nicole had a smile on her face and was so nice to me as if she just didn't deal with a mean girl. I told her I wasn't from the area but need a store to go to she printed up mapquest directions to Safeway for me and did a speed check-in as well. About 20 mins later Nicole called my room to see how I was, I've never got attention like this before at this hotel. I will always come back as long as I Nicole is still working there. « less

This was our first experience at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable--they even had 4 pillows instead of the standard 2. The staff we met in the office, Nicole and Priscilla, were extremely pleasant and helpful. The nightly rate was very reasonable and we would definitely choose an Extended Stay America hotel again when we travel. « less

Was Pleasantly surprised when I curbed in. I chose it strictly for low cost and location for a weekend workshop. The rooms are all suites with full-sized refrigerator ( even had ice already) 2 burner stove. Kitchen sink and microwave. A nice little table for dining or work. It was well appointed with pots, pans and dishes. The decor was surprisingly tasteful and best of all it was really quiet and the windows had the best room darkening drapes I have ever encountered in a hotel.
I was afraid it might be tacky and loud since it is near a bit of an undesirable neighborhood, but all was quiet and now sounds even of a fairly close highway. I would definitely stay here again. « less

I've been staying at the hotel some times over the past years. This time was the best. Only major issue is noise from slamming doors. Toilet not so clean. Comfy room, spacious and neat. Front side/lobby side might be fairly quiet, less street noise. Helpfull staff. « less
