We reserved a room at this hotel for a softball tournament. The tournament was cancelled so we tried to cancel around 2pm on the day of the reservation. The hotel wouldn't accept our cancellation because it was against their policy and continued to charge us for the full price. They could've at least refunded half of our money if not all. Days Inn corporate seemed disappointed but still couldn't or wouldn't override it. No thank you! NEVER again! « less

Was a bit curious why the phone offer wasnt offered and when I mentioned it the desk clerk had no info on it and satated she needed to read up on the promo. MOST definetely needs shades or curtains in the breakfast eating area. « less

The hotel has a pool that is not being used due to federal regs (as stated at the desk). i have been at other hotels that do not have staffing but have a pool - seems like a waste to have the pool but not filled? the vending could have had more selections and would have been nice to have a mini refrigerator. overall the room was clean, service was good and friendly, rates very reasonable. « less

Thank you for staying with us at the Days Inn & Suites! We are currently using the pool room as a temporary storage room as we continue to remodel the property. We do not want to fill it in yet as we are still hoping that the new regulations will be changed to allow us to operate it again in the future. I have also spoken with owner's several times about including microwave and refrigerator's and they seem like they may be interested in making that upgrade to this property, I just am unsure as to when they would like to implement that plan. We do appreciate you choosing us for your lodging needs while traveling through our area.
