We love to stop here on business trips. We spend alot of time in Hotels but always looking forward to staying here. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is always very welcoming, making us feel like we retruning to a boutique hotel. We enjoy the manager's reception every evening as the staff is friendly and helpful. We have received fun recommendations for dining and places to visit. We will definitely return soon. « less

Stayed on two different occasions. Nice rooms. A lot of people make a big deal about the chain's breakfasts. It's just ok at this hotel.. Looks big, but actual offerings weren't really much. Nearly empty bins don't get refilled promptly; watery OJ; very small hash browns portions doled out by the cook. Getting an omelet was about a 10 minute wait in line, with one sole cook having to do everything. Would probably stay here again for the rooms and Hilton points, but probably would pass on the slow, disappointing breakfast service. « less

They seem to have taken a cue from the more stylish Starwood brands. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for an above average room in this area. Good value for the money. « less

The staff is perfect in all areas. I have been staying here for my 3rd week of 4. Food is better than usual for this type on location. Bar staff is better than perfect. Rooms are nice and well kept but need a refresh of decor. It's showing its date, but don't take this to mean its worn. It just LOOKS a bit dated esp. Given the rest of the facility is so nice. Why do halls have to be beige? Carpet is close to due, please pick a better pattern. And a little art work would help in the halls. Magic mountain is near by so lots of vacation folks. I asked for a room away from the noise and was given a great location on 4th floor. I'll be back again. I did not use the pool so no comment. Breakfast and happy hour is what you would expect no complaints. The hotel Starbucks lacks in training and I now use a remote location. Overall a 4.5 of 5 IMHO. « less

Came here from San Francisco with the family for our nephews 6th birthday who lives out in LA. Grandma bought out three rooms for all of us, my room included my husband and our two small children. First the door didn't lock when we closed it, second there was a bug in the room and when I informed the receptionist named Emily, she told me 'maybe it came from your luggage' I told her that was was very rude, third the shower door didn't close right and we had to call maintenance again, When I finally spoke to the manager all he could say was he's sorry and he'll deduct the two movies that we ordered ( as if we didn't have money to order movies, yet we booked three room for 2 nights and three days). Horrible service, rooms were messy and needed fixing. If your not on a business trip don't go here. « less
