The room was nice and comfortable, we enjoyed it. The location is good, the only problem is parking. We are towing a trailer and because we were there during the week, it was no problem. We checked out on a Thursday to go to San Diego, not knowing we would be coming back to the area the next day. We went back to the same hotel to stay for the weekend and we were actually turned down because of our trailer, we were told the parking lot fills up on the weekends and there's no space. I can understand the need for the parking spaces, but to actually turn away a customer is just not good business. « less

The hotel is easy to get to from the I-15, is very well maintained on the out side with enclosed parking for guest. Front desk staff were very pleasant on our arrival, our room was clean and all the amenities were in place. Our room was third from the end and we could not hear any freeway noise during the evening. Clean pool and spa area with out side shower and bathroom. Breakfast was just O.K. waffles, cold cereal, sweet rolls, juice and coffee etc. Wendys, Arbes and In-N-Out a couple of minutes walk away. Old town a few minutes drive to the south with plenty of parking during the week day, a little tough on the week ends. In old town be sure to try ROSES CANTEENA for some fine Mexican food, (order and pickup at the counter), plenty of other restaurants and lots of shops. Pachanga Casino about 15 min. away and lots of Golf Courses in the area, many with two for one specials with the Red Dot golf discount book from the S.C. Auto Club or some golf stores. I hope you enjoy your stay at this Best Western, we did.. « less

Booked hotel for trip to Temecula with my wife. The hotel pictures are much nicer than the actual place but the real issue was there was practically no water pressure! Taking a shower the water would trickle down and be cold by the time it hit your feet. I asked the front desk guy about the problem and he said it was an old hotel and that it would need to be entirely re-piped to correct the problem. He offered no compensation and I was in no mood to argue however I wouldn't recommend staying there if you shower regularly! « less

Had booked a King bed. The noise from the traffic on Jefferson was too excessive, could barely hear ourselves talk - and that was with the window and drapes closed. They moved us to a Queen room tucked into a corner of the the hotel. Not only was it cramped and tiny, it too was noisy from the road (not as much from the other room however), it was hot and the air coniditioning barely functioned. The pillows were hard, the vanity (outside of the toilet/shower room) was too small to put a cosmetic case, etc. etc. The room was clean at least and the bed not too bad. But, seriously, this wasn't a hotel room it was a closet with a window. I think I may start thinking of Holiday Inn more often for accommodations. They at least haven't disappointed me as bad as this experience did. We are frequent travellers and use hotels about 10 times per year. « less
