All of Homestead Studio Suites are studio suites featuring a well-equipped kitchen, complete with cooking and dining utensils so you can cook in your room and save money. Additional amenities include free “Grab-and-Go” breakfast, free WiFi, free local telephone calls within a specified area, personalized voice mail, and on-site guest laundry facilities. Weekly housekeeping service is provided for guests staying eight or more nights.
Our guests have two options for fitness facilities: LA Fitness and LifeStart Fitness. Both within a mile of the hotel, each offers unique amenities and a variety of use/membership programs. (Please see a Guest Services Associate for details.) There are restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatres, and shopping all within minutes of the hotel.
At check in, you will be required to present a valid photo ID and a valid credit card or cash payment for up to the first seven nights of your stay. Payments are due weekly thereafter. We accept all major credit cards. We are unable to process cash advances against credit cards, so please bring either travelers' checks or cash (US $s) for meals, attractions, etc. (Of course, most also accept major credit cards.)
Should you need transportation from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to any local attraction, American Taxi’s Hotel Corporate Preferred service is available.

Early this year (2013) they've remodeled the entire place (new paint, carpets/floors, bathtubs refinished, flat tv, ....) and now it looks very good and contemporary. I've stayed there for almost two years because my (professional type) job was in the area, but I lived in another state and commuted every weekend. The price was discounted and after a month of stay there is no sales tax. My room was on the third floor facing the opposite side of the highway and there was no noise, even with open windows.
Over this "very extended period" I didn't have a single issue that was detriment to make me leave. Everything that I've asked to be fixed was fixed timely. All the little favors that I've asked for have been answered. In my experience (and it was a long one and I saw a lot!) the best thing that this place has is its staff, led by Sherry, the Manager. I knew every member of the team and not even once in almost two years I had a reason to complain about any of them; on a contrary, they were all very kind, polite, forthcoming and trying hard to make my stay pleasant and I am so much thankful to them for their hospitality and customer service! « less

The rooms are not too bad ... reasonable space for the price. Cannot recommend the hotel though for sleep - walls and not thick and heard the neighbors until after 1 in the morning, and road noise is very pronounced. I was in a room facing the highway and the noise of cars could be clearly heard .. single pane windows that open and not sealed completely it seems. When you are in a hotel the one thing you really need is ... sleep. This did not happen at this hotel.

We do have systems in place to ensure that outside noise doesn't interfere with a guest's stay. Additionally, our hotels are constructed in such a way as to mitigate the noise from outside disturbances. In the event that you are disturbed by an outside event while in your room, a call to the front desk usually ensures a rapid resolution. In your case, we recognize that we failed to operate according to our standard practices, which caused the disturbance to last longer that it should have.

We specialize in providing clean, comfortable rooms at an affordable price. That means we don't set out extra amenities like shampoo, lotions, shower caps, etc, in our rooms. However, our hotel does have a limited supply of sundries at the front desk, and we happily dispense them free of charge upon request. Operating in this way allows us to continue to provide you our great rooms at exceptional rates. I take seriously your concern, however, and assure you that we work very hard to explain exactly what we offer to our guests before they arrive.
I am, of course, very sorry that we were unable to make our offerings more clear to you before you checked in, and hope that you will keep our hotel in mind when your future needs are for an accommodation like ours. Bed was uncomfortable, the mattress cover shifted constantly. Visibly dirty curtains. Lights in the lamps buzzed after being on for short periods of times. Dirty grout on bathroom floor. Food left in fridge from previous guest. Dishes were disgusting, some so sticky they stuck to my finger when I picked them up. Unruly guests were not handled by overnight staff, for multiple nights in a row. I watched a staff member spit on the hallway carpet. I will not stay here again, and recommend you don't either. « less

The luxury of having a kitchen in my room was good but whenever I needed something, I waited up to two days sometimes to get what I needed (clean towels, garbage bags, fixing a light). I would not recommend this place just because of the customer service and management. « less
