I made reservations here because of the price and proximity to Disney World. That being said I was jerked around from the start of my stay. I reserved a king size bed at poolside, only to get thrown back in the corner of the place by the dumpsters in a two double bedroom. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told I had to wait till the next morning to switch rooms. I made it clear we were leaving for the day at 8 a.m. and I was told "no problem". I went down in the morning and asked for my new room, and I was told nothing could be done till after 11 a.m. If I left my stuff at the desk with them they would put it in the new room for me...Yeah Right! we had a hair dryer mount, with no hair dryer. We complianed about that the night we got there as well, and they told us they would bring us one that night, only to be called by the desk and told we would have to wait till the morning. They said we could also have that before 8 a.m. We asked for that as well as our new room and I was told I would have to wait till after 9 a.m. Nobody in the place knew what they were talking about, we were lied to numerous times and didn't get the room we reserved almost 2 months in advance. Isn't that the point of a reservation? We could've complained way more than we did, but we were there for disney and just wanted a place to sleep and shower. It served it's purpose in that respect because there were no appliances, the carpet was torn up all over the room, the shower rod was broken, and not one of the three lamps was securely mounted to the wall. Oh yeah, and there are cock roaches all over the place inside, and garbage blowing around everywhere outside. If i could say one good thing, it would be that the air conditioner worked, which surprised me. We got friendlier service at the seven eleven down the street. « less
