I sent an email about our stay and the manager contacted me. I told him the noise all night long from the halls and upstairs kept us up all night long. He told me that I should have called the front desk that night. I had fully intended to tell the clerk when we were checking out but she didn't ask. She simply asked if we wanted a receipt and that was it. We stayed in the room with a hot tub for a special treat for my husband and I. The room was clean but the staff was a little less than hospitable. The manager asked if he could give us a discount on our next stay or put money back on my card. I dont know when my next stay would be and I am not comfortable with any one using my debit card numbers. « less

Dear Guest, Again I apologize you for the disturbing night you had during your previous stay. I remember you sending me the email regarding that stay. As you have explained here I tried my best to help you out with different options possible. I am also training my staff to make a practice of asking every guest about their stay while checkout. Still I would like to recommend every guest to bring such complains to front desk at that same time so that we can find who is disturbing you and solve the problem at the same time. I know that i left my necklace in the room.. i gave them the location of the necklace...and guess what they dfind it. It was not a very valuable necklace..but had a very valuable meaning to me. My family and friends live in this area...I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dear Guest, We are sorry we were unable to find your necklace that you think you have forgotten in our hotel. Yes you did call us to know if we have found any necklace in the room you stayed. We checked in the found and lost items and there was no necklace nor any details about it in the log. Our front desk clerk any me both searched for your necklace in the room wherever you told us to look for. We also looked for it everywhere else in the room. There was no necklace in that room. The housekeeper who cleaned that room is a respectable member of our staff . She has always brought to our notice anything found in the room. I cannot doubt her for stealing your necklace without any proof. Also it is possible that you have never forgotten your necklace in our hotel but lost it somewhere else. Our hotel should not be held responsible for anything lost, forgotten or misplaced by any guest staying in our hotel. No hotel will take such a responsibility. We try our best to help our guest in every possible way and we did the same for you. Again we are sorry for your lost necklace.
