I had checked in around 11:45 on a Sunday night and found the front desk clerk in a hard sleep at the front desk. After I woke him. It took almost 15 minutes for him to check me in. I had made a trip to my car after being there for an hour or so and he was still sleeping. This time on the couch in the lobby. And then again when I went down for breakfast and to check out. He was a little annoyed that I had to wake him up to get a receipt. Outside of the sleeping clerk, the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. « less

My experience: nice lobby/breakfast space, friendly front desk attendant, clean non-smoking room, economical price, decent breakfast, surprised to discover that pets are allowed (but did not find them bothersome or noisy). I stayed for the first time at the Knights Inn & Suites from 12-14 April 2013. The Inn was great and the room was clean and the price great. The front desk, especially Peggy was outstanding. Due to a glitch in a computer reservation, I didn't get a non-smoking room. Peggy handled the situation and I did get a non-smoking room. I will receomend this Inn to others and will stay there again in the future. Frank « less
